Archdiocesan Youth Conference 2025

St. Thomas More is proud to offer this opportunity to gather with all the youth of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston in order to honor the Lord and grow together as the young church. This year's theme is Journey to Heaven.

Who is this For?
AYC is for any student who is entering 9th grade after the summer of 2025 all the way up to any person who has just graduated from 12th grade right before the summer of 2025.

When and where is AYC?
The conference is from Friday through Sunday - July 25-27 2025. The conference will take place at Hilton Americas Houston which will also be the place where participants will stay.

What is AYC?
This weekend event is a gathering of the high school populace throughout Galveston-Houston. There will be talks, prayer, group activities, games, Mass, and other engaging events and sessions on the schedule in order to emphasize the Christian communion and Catholic faith that our young people share. It is designed to be both a fun and holy experience.

What will AYC cost?
In order to register for the event with St. Thomas More, the total cost per high school participant will be $300. This price includes the conference and two nights lodged in the Hilton with the consideration of 4 occupants per hotel room. (High schoolers of the same sex from the same parish.) It also includes lunch and dinner on Saturday. Money should be brought in the case of purchases at the conference, the Mass collection, and dinner on Friday.

Conference shirts can be purchased for an additional $15.

How will STM manage conference payments?
25% or $75 must be paid upon registration with the parish for AYC. Afterward, you will be able to pay as much as you wish within the pay portal to reach the $300 threshold by the due date of June 17th 2025.

Note: The initial $75 payment is non-refundable. Any other payments that are paid after will only be reimbursed upon notification of cancellation up to June 24, 2025.
